Glad you like it. That is what i was going for.
As for the baking I normally use Zbrush, blender and substance painter. If i go from high to lowpoly, shrinkwrap in blender and very slightly bevel the edge. If I go from low to high i simply use retopo with creases/dynamesh without blur when starting the zbrush highpoly. All baking in painter. Normally works for me.
