Hey guys, just wanted to make doubly sure here but when the deadline says “March 15th at midnight UTC“ is that at 12:00 right when it becomes March 15 or on March 15 before 12:00 just before it becomes March 16 ??
If I had to guess, I would say it would be what is usually used, which is 24:00 on March 15 (the last hour of a day).

Yeah thats also my first guess but id rather ask as opposed to handing in something a day late… Or worse yet, a day early!
Right before it becomes March 16th 
So you have the whole of the 15th to finish

You can use two 4K maps do the whole scene. You can use additional tileables apart from this budget.
